L&W Fab is looking for skilled and motivated Welders to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to weld jigs and weld components according to company specifications. Once parts are completed, you will inspect your work to ensure it meets all quality control (QC) standards before moving to the next stage of production.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret product prints and weld
• MIG weld steel components to company specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality, fitment, and appearance
• Ensure all finished parts meet L&W Fab quality control standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read tape measures
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
